The Challenge

With over 50,000 vehicles and pieces of equipment in their care, First Vehicle Services is one of the leading providers of fleet maintenance and management services. Our challenge was to help this division of FirstGroup America connect with key decision makers more effectively though a new user friendly website.

We also wanted the site to be consistent with the other FirstGroup sites we’ve developed, while still maintaining its own unique identity. The site also needed a content management system for easy updating and a process for tracking web conversions.

The Solution

We redesigned www.firstvehicleservices.com to spotlight the company’s core business: customized fleet maintenance and management services. A flash animation that incorporates the brand’s messaging is the focal point of the homepage.

The site was developed using an open source content management platform that provided enough flexibility to accommodate programming needs—building lead capture and conversion metric tools and interfacing with Salesforce—while providing a user-friendly interface for client updates to the site.
